"커튼의 종류"

대화문에서 커튼의 종류가 두 가지 나왔지요. tailored curtains는 길게 늘어뜨린 커튼의 형태를 말하고, Venetian blinds는 손잡이 샅이 생긴 봉을 돌려서 올리고 내리는 블라인트 형태의 커튼을 가리키죠. 이것 말고도, 가로 주름이 있는 '로만셰이드'라고 부르는 roman shade가 있고요, 수직으로 길게 내려오는 블라인드로 우리가 흔히 '블라인드'라고 부르는 것은 영어로 vertical blinds예요. 이밖에 roller shade, valance, cafe curtain 등이 있습니다.
