"motivating"

motivating은 사람에게 '기운이 나게 해 주는, 뭔가 하고 싶게 만들어주고, 의욕을 북돋워 주는, 용기도 생기고 어떤 것을 해보겠다는 의지가 생기게 하는'과 같은 말입니다. 보통 '동기 부여가 되는'이라는 말에 대입해서 가장 많이 쓰긴 하는데, 꼭 이 표현이 아니더라도 이런 의미를 가진 맥락이라면 motivating을 떠올려 써 보세요.
