내 정의에 따르면 단골손님은 한 가게를 일주일에 최소한 두 번은 방문하는 사람이다. 난 우리동네 주변 4개의 상점에서 단골이다. 그것들은 두 군데 한국식당, 한 곳의 중국식당, 그리고 내 오피스텔에 있는 편의점이다. 그 식당들은 주인에 의해 운영이 돼서 그들은 나를 다정하게 대한다. 그 편의점의 아르바이트생들은 감사합니다 말고는 많은 말을 하지는 않는다.

By my definition, a regular customer is someone who visits a store at least twice a week. I am a regular at four stores around my neighborhood. Those are two Korean restaurants, one Chinese restaurant, and the convenience store at my officetel. The restaurants are operated by the owners, so they are cordial to me. Part-timers at the convenience store don't say much except for thank you.
