숀: 자, 이제 어떻게 하면 되는지 알려 줄게요.
폴라: 알겠습니다. 잘 들을게요.
숀: 먼저, 전화를 받는 게 제일 중요한 일이에요.
폴라: 고객에게서 온 문의를 받는 건가요?
숀: 맞아요. 그런데 만약 기술적인 문제에 대한 거라면, 전화를 저한테 돌려 주세요. 
폴라: 제가 정말 이 일을 잘 할 수 있을 것 같으세요?
숀: 그럼요. 폴라를 믿어요.
